Capital Title of Texas, LLC was acquired by Bill Shaddock in January 2006 by Shaddock American Title Company, which was recognized as the largest fee office network in Texas at the time. Its offices operated under the names of American Title, Commonwealth Title and First American Title in the Dallas-Ft Worth and Houston areas. The combined entity created one of the top 5 title companies in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. With the additional strength of the Shaddock organization, Capital Title now counts over 40 convenient branch offices in Texas, with further expansion currently in development.
Capital Title has earned a reputation of trustworthy residential and commercial title services that have successfully helped serve lenders, developers and investors to build strong and lasting relationships with their local community.
