Jill is a well-respected professional in the New Braunfels real estate community, known for her exceptional knowledge and dedication. Her comprehensive understanding of title transactions is rooted in her diverse background, having worked as a real estate agent, loan officer, and sales representative for both warranty and inspection services before discovering her true passion in the title industry.

Jill’s ability to anticipate client needs and provide seamless solutions has earned her a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness. She excels at building and nurturing strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and affiliates, fostering partnerships that lead to new opportunities and successful transactions.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jill values spending time with her boyfriend, exploring the scenic Texas Hill Country on his Harley, and visiting their children and grandchildren. Originally from Utopia, Texas, a tight-knit town where she graduated in a class of ten students, Jill’s small-town roots and competitive spirit - honed as a state-level track athlete - continue to inspire her dedication to her clients and community.

Fran began her career in the title industry shortly after moving to Texas in 1999. She has had the privilege of working with many of the top title people in the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake market for over fifteen years.

Fran prides herself in making herself available to her clients with her ability to answer many questions concerning the procedures and issuance of title insurance. She believes in taking advantage of every opportunity to learn new ideas and regulations, in order to be prepared for those questions. Fran is very proud of a class she created entitled "Boot Camp" for new and seasoned agents, which teaches them about our industry and she has received very successful results in recruiting new agents.

As part of her role in business development, she is very involved with the Women's Council of Realtors and has held multiple leadership roles with the Hill Country Chapter. Joining the organization in 1999, Fran has been a part of its evolution.

In her spare time, family is Fran's number one priority, spending time with her husband and their four children. They rate visiting the two Disney parks and taking trips to Galveston as their most favorite vacation destinations.
