Michelle Zachary has rejoined the Shaddock family of companies under Capital Title as a seasoned Escrow Officer, bringing with her title insurance & escrow closing knowledge and experience. She also brings expertise in specialized areas such as commercial closing, developer/builder sales & acquisitions, construction lending, mortgage lien note sales & exchanges, short-sale & pre-foreclosure resale transactions and reverse mortgage refinances.

As a proud member of the Texas title insurance industry serving the Dallas-area real estate community, Michelle understands that much like her lender and realtor friends, the quality of customer service provided will be directly reflected in the number of referrals received from valued clients. Their success is her success…and likewise in kind!

After briefly pursuing her family’s wish of an education and career in medicine, Michelle found her way into the title industry in 2000, where she has happily remained ever since. “This may sound a little corny, but I really love what I do for a living! Every day I have the opportunity to be a part of families living the American Dream of home ownership…it is an amazing experience which I feel truly blessed to be a part.”

Michelle’s prior management experience in the title industry goes beyond closing real estate transactions to include employee training & management, writing and presenting title education seminars for realtors & lenders, new agent “mock closing” seminars, audit review & compliance and event planning & coordination.

Originally hailing from the Midwest, Michelle Zachary is an Advanced/Honor Program graduate of The Colony High School in The Colony, Texas. Michelle is an active church member and resides in Plano with her husband and young son. She enjoys reading, yoga and spending time with friends & family.
