Born and raised in Texas, Lisa grew up in the Houston and San Antonio areas. She is a five-year veteran of the title industry and was recognized in 2018 with the Capital Title Mentor Program award.
With an eye for detail, Lisa is known for taking care of the small things that make a big difference. She is passionate about helping people in all areas of her life, but most especially her clients. She is always available for their questions and puts everyone at the closing table at ease by walking them through the process step-by-step.
When not helping her clients, Lisa spends most of her spare time at the softball fields or basketball courts with her children.

Born in Waco, Texas, Deanna moved to San Antonio in 1994. She says that her more than twenty-year career in the title industry happened quite by accident while looking to make a career change in 2000.
Deanna is extremely well-rounded as a closer. She has gained valuable experience in foreclosure, relocation, new construction, refinance, residential, commercial, lot, short sale and farm and ranch transactions. A problem solver by nature, Deanna’s clients find that she goes above and beyond to insure a smooth transaction. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and takes extra measures to to ensure that they feel comfortable at their closing. Deanna loves the fact that in the title industry you are constantly learning and she enjoys great satisfaction from teaching new agents and passing that knowledge along.
Deanna has a son who is a recent high school graduate and is attending college locally. In her spare time, she enjoys taking advantage of all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Visiting wineries, hiking and catching local bands are always at the top of her To Do List. She is also passionate about animal rescue and volunteers as much as she can. She is passionate about helping others and is involved in her church where she hopes to participate this year in her first mission trip.

Stacy began her successful title insurance career as a receptionist at the very young age of 19. She exhibited such a natural talent for the process that she quickly advanced to escrow assistant and then within five years to escrow officer.
Having handled transactions that range from Residential, Luxury, Commercial, and Builders to Refinances, Stacy’s clients recognize the considerable knowledge and expertise that she has acquired over her career. They are most impressed by the exceptionally high level of personalized concierge service that she provides to them during the course of each transaction. Stacy’s goal is to connect with her clients in such an integral way that she becomes a member of their team, and they come to view her as their personal assistant who guides them through the process to the closing. Stacy’s passion for the industry, love for her customers, and dedicated customer service has earned her numerous accolades and several Million Dollar Premium Producer and National Circle of Excellence awards.
Born in San Antonio, Stacy moved to the Fair Oaks Ranch area in Boerne where she grew up. She loves the area so much that she has lived there ever since. Stacy has a growing family that now includes a set of twins who keep her busy and whom she adores. With a love for music, Stacy attends as many live concerts as she can. She is also a big Spurs fan, so if they are in town you can count on her to be there to cheer them on!
Emma began as a paralegal in Houston before moving to San Antonio to start her career in title insurance. She has now worked in the industry for over two years.
Emma understands how stressful and emotional buying or selling your home can be and strives to make the experience as easy as possible by being available and accessible to all parties, promptly returning all calls or emails, answering questions about title insurance or the process, or meeting at a more convenient location. Her goal is to always provide excellent customer service.
Notable for solving problems in curing title, Emma works tirelessly with the Capital Title attorneys who assist her in ensuring that all complicated title issues are resolved well before closing. Emma genuinely loves what she does and works every day to become more knowledgeable for her clients.
Emma grew up in Uvalde, a small town near San Antonio. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in University Studies. She enjoys exploring San Antonio and all that the city has to offer.
Kristine Garcia grew up in San Antonio and comes from a title background. She has been in the title industry for six years and is recognized for her positive attitude and ability to communicate. She is most passionate about building long-lasting relationships and bringing new ideas to life. Her main focus is communication and education, allowing for stress-free transactions on every closing.
Kristine’s personal passions include spending time with her family and being near the water.
Mary Helen is a veteran escrow officer who has been in the title business since 1984 and is well recognized for her ability to clear complicated title issues. Mary Helen’s customers most appreciate the way she always gives her best and makes her clients feel valued and appreciated, always treating them the way that she would want to be treated. She is extremely accommodating to the seller/buyer’s schedules and even provides her cell phone number to every party in each transaction.
Mary Helen grew up in Pearsall, Texas and moved to Ulvalde in 1977 where she graduated from Ulvalde High School before attending Durham’s Business College. Mary Helen credits the training that she received at Durham’s for setting her career on the right path.
Mary Helen is a committed team player and thrives within her awesome team of co-workers. She especially appreciates the opportunity to help and get to know each of them on a more personal level. An avid fisherman herself, Mary Helen feels that any day fishing anywhere is a super lucky day!
Commercial Escrow Officer
Drew Kimball began his career in the real estate industry, working as a landman in the oil and gas industry. Looking to put down roots, moving into the title business was a very natural transition for him.
Knowing both sides of the industry allows Drew to help his clients with any issues on their title commitment, and ease the burden of what otherwise could be a stressful time. He derives great satisfaction from the closing of a tough deal.
Drew’s experience runs the full spectrum, from $1,000 lots to multi-million dollars developments. Known for getting the job done and helping his clients reach their goals, Drew possesses a huge drive to help others achieve success.
As a former baseball player himself, Drew is a huge Astros fan and loves baseball in general. His other interest is gardening. Along with his wife, Drew spends a lot of his time tending to his garden, watering, pruning or moving their plants. When Drew isn’t in the garden, he is in the kitchen whipping up something delicious.
Drew also enjoys reading motivational articles and hopes to inspire others as he continues to grow his own career.

Stephanie got a head start on her career in the title insurance industry by working for a title company while she was still in high school in Pearsall, Texas. She continued this work after graduation and even while attending nursing school, but eventually recognized that she wanted to become an escrow officer and make title insurance her long-term career.
Stephanie is extremely success-oriented and enjoys leading her team by helping them grow - both personally and professionally. The way in which she genuinely cares for others is one of the traits that truly distinguishes Stephanie in her field. She is passionate about helping people achieve their dream of home-ownership and feels honored to be part of that dynamic.
Stephanie is a valuable asset to her agents by acting as the middle man and handling every detail of the transaction for them.
