Meet the Lender Division

Capital Title launched its Lender Services Division in December of 2020.  This dynamic team of 20, led by Mandy Bennett, closed their first transaction on Christmas Eve, and have closed a total of 1,814 transactions since.  Opening on average 350 orders per month and closing between 250-350 per month has been an exciting challenge for the group.  They have exceeded the expectations of their current client, resulting in a 34% order increase in July, with a goal to double their volume before the end of Q4.
