Alyssia has a diverse closing background with experience in everything from standard resale, multi-parcel residential, REO/Foreclosure, commercial, land development and refinances. Having started her career at age 18 working for a home builder, Alyssia has acquired extensive knowledge of all aspects of the title industry.
Alyssia is a dedicated professional who goes above and beyond to ensure that files are closed in any situation - from working late, working on holidays and weekends, to just making sure that the file status is continually communicated from contract to closing. Her loyal real estate agent clients especially appreciate her quick response to their requests for preliminary HUDs for new listing appointments. For all these reasons, customers find Alyssia very attentive and her prompt customer service, with attention to detail, is a trait that continues to earn their business.
Alyssia is active in the community with CCAR and The Frisco Chamber of Commerce. She is also a devoted mother to her young son, Alex. You may even recognize Alyssia as the former Ms. Collin County 1998.
