After almost a decade in healthcare and at the constant urging of his family and friends, Garrett decided to take a leap of faith, along with his professional experience and Finance degree, and switch to the Real Estate industry. His success since then has been its own reward and proven that he made the right decision at the right time!

Garrett has an irresistible personality and a contagious sense of humor. He is known professionally for his communication skills and accessibility to his clients. His clients appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to anticipate and catch and solve problems long before they become an obstacle in a transaction. He is always available to his clients and frequently assists with courtesy closings, notaries, and delivers or picks up docs as needed throughout the San Antonio area. Garrett is skilled at interacting with brokers, developers and attorneys and uses his considerable resources and client network to help broker deals whenever possible.

“Seeing others around me succeed and to hopefully have played a small part in that,” is what fuels Garrett’s professional passions. “I just enjoy helping. This industry is tough and it’s hard to do it alone. I’ve had a ton of help and support from my company and peers, and I hope to pass that along as I grow in this industry. In my short time I have helped clients get new jobs and seen them flourish. I have helped new agents with marketing or referrals and been able to be a part of their first closing. I have helped commercial brokers find buyers, or developers find land. I’ve watched these projects begin and been blessed to be a part of the process and eventual success.”

Garrett was born in Houston but grew up in Brownsville. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelors in Finance & Business Management from the University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio.

When not working, Garrett enjoys spending time traveling and exploring San Antonio and the surrounding area with his family. He loves sports - both watching and competing. He enjoys golf and plays a mean game of volleyball. A big part of Garrett’s family is from Chicago so he’s a big Chicago Bears and Cubs fan, but he also loves the Spurs!

Drew is a dedicated and accomplished Escrow Officer with a diverse background in the real estate industry. His journey began in 2011 as a petroleum landman, where he honed his skills in abstracting, right-of-way research, and acquisition. Over the years, Drew demonstrated an exceptional talent for problem-solving, a commitment to bringing deals to the closing table, and unwavering dedication to communication.

In 2016, Drew transitioned into the world of escrow, specializing in commercial real estate in the vibrant city of San Antonio and its surrounding areas. His reputation quickly grew as a professional who could navigate even the trickiest of transactions and tackle quick deadlines with ease. His expertise extends to resolving intricate title and heirship issues, making him a go-to resource for clients facing complex challenges.

Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Uvalde, Drew's roots run deep in the Lone Star State. He holds an Associate Degree from Cisco Junior College and a bachelor's degree from St. Edward's University, a testament to his commitment to education. Family is paramount to Drew, as his parents, grandparents, brothers, and extended family continue to call Uvalde home.

Drew's passion for his work is evident in his specialization in commercial closings. He thrives when collaborating with commercial lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents, handling a diverse array of deals, from lot takedowns to medical facilities, industrial parks, mass food processing plants, and strip shopping centers. What truly sets Drew apart professionally is his knack for finding solutions to problematic tracts that have stymied others, consistently bringing these deals to fruition.

Outside the office, Drew's life is a tapestry of diverse interests and experiences. He is an avid gardener, a passionate birder, and a culinary enthusiast. He cherishes every adventure shared with his wonderful wife, Rosie, and his two precious daughters, Hattie and Maggie.
Drew's dedication and excellence in his field have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, he was honored with the Capital Title Momentum Award, a recognition of his outstanding contributions to the industry. What Drew's clients value most is his unwavering availability and approachability. He is a personable professional who brings a small-town warmth to the sometimes complex processes of a large city. He firmly believes in a strong work ethic, instilled by his father, and his leadership skills, honed during his 17-year baseball career, continue to shine through in his dealings with all parties involved in a transaction.
