Matthew E. Comeaux, JD, joined Capital Title Commercial in October of 2020 after running a successful oil and gas mineral company. A true people person, Matt puts his relationships with his clients and their needs at the forefront of his business approach, always asking what value he can bring to the table.
Matt loves connecting his clients with people who can help them get their deals done smoothly. His entrepreneurial spirit is what connects him to those he serves.
Matt holds his BBA from Texas Christian University and Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. His passions are his family, his three children (Stratton, Miller, and Maddie) and his wife, Shelby. The Comeauxs reside in Dallas, where they were both born and raised. Matt is also a former president and board member of the Touchdown Club of Dallas, which benefits the Ashford Rise School of Dallas.




Senior Vice President, Commercial Business Development
Beau Davis joined Capital Title Commercial in April of 2019 to help build a new commercial team. He has an extensive background as a relationship-cultivating salesperson with a knack for problem-solving.
Beau focuses his efforts on putting his clients together with debt and equity partners, allowing them to develop deals, and get them across the closing table.
Beau pursued a Communications degree at Texas Christian University and still spends a lot of his free time cheering on the Horned Frogs.
Along with his wife Jennifer and their two children, William and Hadleigh, Beau resides in Dallas where he is an active member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church. He is also a member of the Touchdown Club of Dallas, which benefits the Ashford Rise School.

Emily Eckeberger is a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate who joined Capital Title Commercial in late 2021. Hailing from the bustling city of New York, Emily decided to return to her roots in Dallas, Texas, leaving behind a successful career in corporate recruiting to pursue her passion for connecting individuals and businesses with their perfect match.
From the moment Emily transitioned into her role, it was evident that her knack for identifying the ideal "fit" was a game-changer. Her innate ability to build meaningful connections with people and convert those connections into valuable business opportunities set her apart in the industry.
Born and raised in the heart of Dallas, Emily boasts an extensive network across the metroplex. Her deep-rooted ties to the community, combined with her genuine interest in fostering relationships, have been instrumental in her rapid success within the organization.
Emily's journey towards excellence began at Texas Tech University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in 2017. Her academic background, coupled with her natural charisma, laid the foundation for her thriving career in business development.
Outside of the office, Emily is an enthusiastic explorer of the Dallas restaurant scene, always on the hunt for the next culinary gem. She finds solace by casting her fishing line into the serene Texan waters, cherishing moments spent in the company of cherished friends and family. Brian A. Ficke is a distinguished executive with a career spanning 30 years in the title insurance industry. Since joining Capital Title Commercial in January 2020 as the Executive Vice President of Business Development, Brian has been a driving force in forging strong connections and fostering relationships within the commercial real estate sector.
Brian's extensive background and deep knowledge of the commercial real estate industry set him apart as a trusted advisor in the field. His wealth of experience enables him to provide valuable insights and solutions to his clients, consistently exceeding their expectations.
Born and raised in Dallas, Brian is a third-generation native of the city, deeply rooted in the community. He is an alumnus of Highland Park High School and The University of Texas at Austin.
In addition to his professional achievements, Brian is an active and engaged member of the community. He is a dedicated member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and serves as a Board Member for the Momentous Institute and Treasure Street Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Brian also holds the position of Director of the Scholarship Committee for the prestigious Dallas Country Club and is a valued member of the Advisory Council for the Clayton Dabney Foundation.
Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Brian finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, Leslie, and their three children and four grandchildren. His commitment to his family mirrors his commitment to his work and community—steadfast, passionate, and dedicated.

A native Texan, Sheila graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and received her MBA from Amber University as a CPA. She is a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and the Women’s Council of Realtors Dallas.
Sheila has 37 years of experience in real estate as a regional leader for a major home warranty company, with a concentration on major real estate accounts and corporate offices in Park Cities, Dallas, Carrollton, and Flower Mound.
Blessed beyond belief with three beautiful daughters, a granddaughter, and a husband of 28 years, Sheila is very excited and honored to be at Capital Title of Texas.


Commercial Operations/Business Development
Beginning as a top real estate agent in Oklahoma in 2012 before joining Capital Title National Commercial Operations in 2023, Jillian has a deep-rooted knowledge and innovative strategies that have cemented her reputation as a trusted authority in the industry. Cultivating enduring relationships and possessing a keen understanding of what real estate transactions require has helped her make every transaction a first-class, full-service transaction. Jillian aims to bring an unparalleled level of expertise, complemented by resourcefulness and personal knowledge of what it takes to create a successful partnership between our team and yours!
Personally, Jillian attended the University of Tulsa and Oklahoma State University and is a mom to three beautiful kiddos. She loves to cook, garden, walk her English Goldendoodle, Oliver, and survive her very energetic rescue kitty crew.

Maricarmen Garvin began her real estate career in 2000 as a Realtor® in Collin County. She gained valuable industry experience working as a successful Realtor® for the next 14 years. Maricarmen thrived in real estate and saw the internet explode with companies like Realtor.com and Zillow.
In 2014, Maricarmen moved into title sales, where she could apply her real estate knowledge as well as her marketing skills. Her 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, have given her the unique ability to connect and relate to her Realtor® clients. Maricarmen is passionate about helping Realtors grow their business and celebrates each milestone along with them.
Maricarmen’s experience combined with her Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing, technical skills, and value-added resources provided by Capital Title, makes her an asset to her clients and customers.

Viktoriya was born in Minsk, Belarus and moved to Texas where she has resided with her family since 1994. Viktoriya speaks fluent Russian and finds it most beneficial when communicating with her parents. Family is the foundation to which Viktoriya found her pathway to success in creating meaningful relationships. Her father has been such a mentor to her & her brother Daniel, 12 years younger and is one of her favorite people to spend time with. When she is not at work, Viktoriya enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, friends, movies and going to events.
Viktorya attended Southern Methodist University where she earned a double major in Corporate Communications and Advertising. Viktoriya has previous experience in the Public Relations industry. She has the ability to build highly valuable relationships & connect with diverse groups of people, creating everlasting partnerships. Her work ethic is proven by her ability to deliver the strongest possible value for clients and in making sure that the company's ideals are always at the forefront.

Judy's journey in the title industry was ignited by serendipity, thanks to her husband's connection to the world of real estate. When her husband, Kenneth, discovered a job opening at another location of a title company, it set the stage for Judy's remarkable career. Her unwavering dedication to helping real estate agents with their marketing and business growth quickly became her hallmark.
With an exceptional work ethic and an innate desire to assist others, Judy thrives on making a positive impact in the lives of her clients. Her commitment goes above and beyond, as she consistently checks in on her clients to ensure they have everything they need. Her clients often express gratitude for her genuine care and support.
Judy and Kenneth share a remarkable partnership in real estate, having worked together for a decade. Although she is no longer practicing, Kenneth, a seasoned Broker with 25 years of experience, continues to excel in the field. Judy's confidence in her ability to serve her clients is unwavering. She knows that if a question arises for which she doesn't have an immediate answer, her dedicated team and the knowledgeable Capital Title attorneys are readily available to provide assistance.
Professionally, Judy's passion lies in assisting her clients and ensuring her Escrow Officers provide top-notch service. Mel John is President of National Commercial Services – Capital Title of Texas, LLC. where he directs the Commercial Team for this office and actively seeks new business opportunities.
As a title industry leader in the booming Dallas economy from 1973 till today, Mel has been involved in sales and construction transactions with the major developers of commercial properties from high-rise office buildings in Dallas and Fort Worth to multifamily and industrial properties throughout Texas and the Nation.
Born and raised in Stockton, California, Mel had easy access to the exciting world of sports and outdoor athletics. From high school football and baseball to summers surfing in Ensenada and Santa Cruz, snow skiing at Tahoe, ranching in the San Joaquin Valley with his grandfather, and even traveling to Sicily on a cattle boat, Mel’s teenage years were filled with sports and adventure.
In the mid 1960’s, Mel attained the rank of Sargent in the US Army, 101st Airborne Division, Ranger, Recondo and jump qualified with a tour to ski in the Swiss Alps in Obersalzberg, Berchtesgaden, Germany.
Returning to California with his young family, Mel attended the University of California – Los Angeles and obtained his degree in marketing and finance. The first 23 years of Mel’s title industry career began with Title Insurance & Trust in California. After multiple assignments to open new title operations in various states, Pioneer Title brought Mel to Texas where he later became Senior Vice President and Southwest Division Manager for TICOR Title.
Before joining Capital Title, Mel served as Senior Vice President for Title Partners, LLC/Chicago Title. During his 50-year career, Mel held senior management positions in Dallas including Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division for Commerce Title Company, Senior Account Manager for LandAmerica, and President of Safeco Land Title.
Mel has been an active member of industry related organizations including the Texas Land Title Association and The Real Estate Council. He has served on councils for ULI - the Urban Land Institute, and various Forums for NAIOP - National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. Mel also served for 22 years as a Board Director for the American Red Cross and chairman of Swing for Relief – the Red Cross Golf Tournament.
Mel and Donna Vaughan were married in 1982, and with their two children Patrick and Tamara, have 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. On most weekends, raising hay and cattle on their 213-acre ranch East Texas returns them to the activities of loving family life and the land in their Texas home.

Additionally, Jeff is a member of SIOR, which stands for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. This is a professional organization that represents individuals who have demonstrated excellence in the field of industrial and office real estate.
On a personal note, Jeff is a devoted father and husband, emphasizing his commitment to family. He is also a proud graduate of TCU, Texas Christian University, which suggests his dedication to education and personal growth.

Cooper is a rising star in the title industry, bringing fresh energy and a passion for real estate to the Fort Worth market. With just six months in the industry, he has already made a significant impact thanks to his innate ability to connect people and build lasting relationships.
From an early age, Cooper's heart has always been in real estate. His genuine enthusiasm for the industry is matched only by his remarkable communication and social skills. Cooper is renowned for his talent in creating connections, seamlessly bridging gaps between clients and industry professionals, and nurturing relationships that endure.
One of Cooper's most remarkable qualities is his unique ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Born and raised in the Fort Worth area of Texas, Cooper's roots run deep in the local community. His connections and relationships are firmly rooted in the Fort Worth market, giving him a distinct advantage. His upbringing in Fort Worth and his time at TCU have allowed him to quickly grow his network and build a substantial book of clients, despite his relatively short time in the industry.

Kelli Robertson thrives in an environment where she can meet people, make connections, and build relationships. She is known for her outgoing personality and for always serving others. She treats everyone with respect and breaks down the title process into understandable pieces for her clients. She recognizes that buying or selling a home can be an extremely stressful, exciting, or even sad experience, and displays compassion in every situation. Kelli truly strives to have a positive impact on every person she encounters each day, and she genuinely hopes to leave them smiling.
As a native Texan, who grew up in the Garland area, Kelli loves that her job allows her to meet new people every day. She enjoys hearing their stories and learning about them as individuals. She always brings out the best in everyone.
Living in Rockwall, Kelli loves anything having to do with or around the lake, but also enjoys trying new restaurants whenever she can, and dabbling in interior decorating.




Business Development
Brian grew up in Louisiana and moved to Flower Mound at age fifteen. He began his career in the title industry three years ago after attending a real estate event with his real estate agent wife. The next day he received a phone call asking him if he had ever considered working in the title business.
Brian enjoys meeting and Interacting with new people. He is adept at what he refers to as, “playing matchmaker,” for his realtors/lenders and escrow officers to help connect personalities that fit well enough together to form professional partnerships. He is passionate about helping promote positivity in the industry, helping his clients grow their business, and coming up with fresh ideas that help his customers maintain an advantage over the competition in this ever-changing business.
Brian shares that when he’s not working he can usually be found at home with his family which includes four children, aged toddler to teen, probably picking up Legos, while his children happily boss him around. Brian is an avid outdoorsman who loves the local sports teams and is well-known for bringing the Dad Jokes.






Commercial Business Development
Caroline Shaddock grew up around the real estate industry and because of that exposure, possesses an innate entrepreneurial spirit, and personally demonstrates the family-business culture for which Shaddock Companies people are well-known. Caroline is currently living in the Dallas area near her family.
Caroline was born and raised in Plano where she participated in dance and soccer and was a member of the National Honors Society and National Charity League. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications and a Minor in Psychology. At SMU she participated in Theta Sorority and CASA. After college, Caroline worked at Willow Bend Mortgage, Shaddock Homes Design Center, and Shaddock Development.
What Caroline values: building relationships, her current role in the company, volunteering in the community, organizing support efforts, and collecting donations for local needs. What she most enjoys is working with clients, exploring the exciting world of real estate business, and making deals!
