Employees of Capital Title Raise $100,000 for Flood Victims
Employees and friends from all of The Shaddock Companies joined together in a generous outpouring of love and support to raise a total of $100,000 for their fellow team members who had been impacted by Hurricane Harvey and the resulting floods. Many of the affected families lost everything they owned due to the historic hurricane.
Almost $40,000 was donated to the fund by employees and was matched dollar-for-dollar by Capital Title. Commerce Title made a significant contribution and Bill Shaddock generously donated the rest of the money to meet the $100,000 goal.
The monetary donations were made in addition to truckloads of supplies and other items that had been collected for weeks in all regions across Texas. The donations were then delivered to the employees and their families in the Houston, Orange and Beaumont areas.
