This 6-hour course reviews a range of rules that govern broker

responsibility, and meets Texas’s mandatory requirement for CE renewing a

license for brokers who sponsor sales agents, designated brokers of a

business entity, and license holders who are delegated supervisor of one

or more license holders. In addition, any license holder may take this

course, which counts for 6 hours of MCE elective credit.
