Upon completion of this course the real estate license holder will understand when to use the correct addendum. Additionally, the license holder will have an in-dept knowledge of why the addendum are used. They will be able to convey to their customers/clients the importance of these forms for their protection, legal aspects, and clauses and how they related to the One – Four Family Contract paragraphs.
