Congratulations to our very own Joe Rossi at the Park Cities Office on his recent history-making closing on the Tom Hicks Estate in Dallas!

“I felt very honored and privileged to be a part of this historic transaction,” Joe Rossi, senior vice president at Capital Title’s Park Cities office, said in a statement. “Obviously, discretion was key, but my main objective was for a seamless closing process for all parties involved.”

 Rossi confirmed it was the biggest residential deal in Dallas-Fort Worth history.
