She specializes in closing and underwriting commercial accounts with expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She possesses an astute knowledge of the most delicate closings, including REO, corporate bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, national acount work-outs and multi-site/multi-state transactions.

Joanna has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards that include: Region 2 “Outstanding Young Title Person” by the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) and the Life Time Achievement Award from CREW Fort Worth (Commercial Real Estate Women). She is also a two-time President of CREW Fort Worth and a two-time President of the Executive Women’s Golf Association (now known as the LPGA Amateur Golf Association).

Jack Proctor is a highly accomplished executive, currently holding the title of Executive Vice President of Business Development at Capital Title Commercial's Fort Worth office. With a dedicated career spanning three years at the company, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to excellence and a remarkable ability to drive business growth.

An alumnus of Texas Christian University (TCU), Jack graduated in 2007, showcasing his academic prowess and unwavering determination to achieve success. Subsequently, he pursued his Juris Doctor degree at Texas Tech University School of Law, successfully completing his legal studies in 2010.

Jack's professional journey has been distinguished by his prowess in commercial defense, representing renowned clients such as BNSF, Union Pacific, and Bell Helicopter. Outside of work, Cooper is a sports enthusiast, with a special place in his heart for TCU football. He enjoys the thrill of competition and the camaraderie that sports bring.
