Hailing from Lewisville, Texas, Shellie recently embarked on a new chapter, embracing the allure of small-town living in Krum, Texas.

As a devoted "boy mama" to her two remarkable sons, Nolan and Ryan, Shellie's life is a delightful blend of family joys and professional accomplishments. Despite the amusing coincidence that her sons weren't named after the famed Nolan Ryan, she appreciates the unpredictable twists that life often brings.

For Shellie, her journey in the title business revolves around a steadfast commitment to customer service and the belief that trust is something earned daily. Maricarmen Garvin began her real estate career in 2000 as a Realtor® in Collin County. She gained valuable industry experience working as a successful Realtor® for the next 14 years. Maricarmen thrived in real estate and saw the internet explode with companies like Realtor.com and Zillow.

In 2014, Maricarmen moved into title sales, where she could apply her real estate knowledge as well as her marketing skills. Her 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, have given her the unique ability to connect and relate to her Realtor® clients. Maricarmen is passionate about helping Realtors grow their business and celebrates each milestone along with them.
Maricarmen’s experience combined with her Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing, technical skills, and value-added resources provided by Capital Title, makes her an asset to her clients and customers.

Viktoriya was born in Minsk, Belarus, and moved to Texas where she has resided with her family since 1994. Vika speaks fluent Russian and finds it most beneficial when communicating with her parents. Family is the foundation on which Vika built her pathway to success in creating meaningful relationships. Her father has been such a mentor to her and her brother Daniel, 12 years younger, and is one of her favorite people to spend time with. When she is not at work, Viktoriya enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and  friends, watching movies, and attending events.

Vika attended Southern Methodist University where she earned a double major in Corporate Communications and Advertising. She has previous experience in the Public Relations industry. Vika builds highly valuable relationships and connects with diverse groups of people creating everlasting partnerships. Her work ethic is proven by her ability to deliver the strongest possible value for clients and in making sure that the company's ideals are always at the forefront.
