Senior VP, Commercial Business Development
Matthew E. Comeaux, JD, joined Capital Title Commercial in October of 2020 after running a successful oil and gas mineral company. A true people person, Matt puts his relationships with his clients and their needs at the forefront of his business approach, always asking what value he can bring to the table.
Matt loves connecting his clients with people who can help them get their deals done smoothly. His entrepreneurial spirit is what connects him to those he serves.
Matt holds his BBA from Texas Christian University and Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. His passions are his family, his three children (Stratton, Miller, and Maddie) and his wife, Shelby. The Comeauxs reside in Dallas, where they were both born and raised. Matt is also a former president and board member of the Touchdown Club of Dallas, which benefits the Ashford Rise School of Dallas.


Senior Vice President, Commercial Business Development
Beau Davis joined Capital Title Commercial in April of 2019 to help build a new commercial team. He has an extensive background as a relationship-cultivating salesperson with a knack for problem-solving.
Beau focuses his efforts on putting his clients together with debt and equity partners, allowing them to develop deals, and get them across the closing table.
Beau pursued a Communications degree at Texas Christian University and still spends a lot of his free time cheering on the Horned Frogs.
Along with his wife Jennifer and their two children, William and Hadleigh, Beau resides in Dallas where he is an active member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church. He is also a member of the Touchdown Club of Dallas, which benefits the Ashford Rise School.


VP/Escrow Officer
Vicki Hoodwin, Escrow Officer, has made her career in the title business. A native of east Texas, Vicki was introduced to title transaction work in her hometown of Emory, Texas. In 1981, she moved to Dallas and continued to develop her career in the title insurance industry. Vicki closes commercial and residential real estate transactions, but her primary focus is Realtor generated business. Her professionalism, attention to detail and excellent client communication have been keys to her success with buyers, sellers and real estate professionals.
Vicki lives in North Dallas and spends her free time participating in the activities of her three children and volunteering in her community. She volunteers as a counselor for a pregnancy crisis center as well as a mentor and leader of student groups within her church. She is a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. Vicki strives for the highest personal integrity and strongly values honesty and fairness.
Helping others has been a common thread throughout her life and this thread runs through her business dealings as well. You can trust she will be in constant contact and provide personalized and professional service.


VP/Commercial Escrow Officer
Joe has been in the title business for 30 plus years. He began his career in El Paso as a Runner and since that time has worked in all facets of the title industry, including Title Policy Writer, Title Examiner, Underwriting and Management. There isn’t a question he can’t answer, a solution that he won’t find, or a transaction for which he won’t “bend over backwards”. His patience, knowledge and high “customer service spirit” has made him the top producer for Capital Title.




VP/Attorney/Escrow Officer
Heather obtained her B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in 1998 and her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2005. She is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
Heather’s career focus has been on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her practice includes litigation where she conducted all stages of plaintiff’s litigation in premises liability, auto accident, and wrongful death claims, as well as depositions, mediations, hearings, trial settings, brief and motion writing.
In addition to her experience working at two previous title companies, Heather also worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration as an attorney and closer. There she processed federally guaranteed mortgages to assist individuals and businesses in disaster recovery following Hurricane Katrina. She has also worked with bankruptcy trustees to achieve court approval for entities and individuals seeking federal funding for disaster assistance, advised borrowers regarding loan closing procedures and terms and conditions of the contract, and conducted legal review of mortgage documents to determine their compliance with the contract.
Heather is an outstanding escrow officer who has the education, knowledge and experience to ensure a smooth closing on every transaction. She maintains offices at both the Park Cities and Southlake office but is available for closings at any Capital Title location.
