Please join us in welcoming Rachel Edwards to Capital Title as our new Senior CRM Manager.

Rachel brings a strong background in CRM strategy, integration, implementation, and customer lifecycle management. Throughout her career, she has focused on aligning systems, processes, and teams to create more effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices, stronger user adoption, and improved client experiences.

In this role, Rachel will lead initiatives focused on CRM optimization, process standardization, data visibility, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and long-term organizational growth. Her passion for building solutions that improve performance while providing teams with better tools, insights, and workflows will be an asset to our organization.

Rachel is looking forward to getting to know everyone, learning more about the business, and contributing to the continued success of Capital Title. She welcomes feedback regarding previous or currently used CRM systems and encourages everyone to connect on LinkedIn. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys DIY projects, refinishing and building furniture, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
