Business Development

Alyssa Wyatt brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for relationship-building to her role in Business Development at Capital Title’s San Marcos office. She began her career with Capital Title five years ago as a receptionist, quickly advancing to Escrow Assistant after just three months. Two years later, she transitioned into Business Development, where she discovered a natural fit for her outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and commitment to helping others succeed.

Alyssa is known for being dependable, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile. She especially enjoys helping real estate professionals stay visible and connected within the community while taking some of the marketing and relationship-building workload off their plates. Her creative social media presence has become another way for her to support clients, showcase their businesses, and stay connected with the people she serves.

A graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Alyssa has lived in Hays County for the past 10 years. She is deeply invested in the San Marcos community. She serves on the board of San Marcos Young Professionals, is a San Marcos Chamber Ambassador, serves on the Chamber’s Business Development Committee, and participates in Leadership San Marcos. She is particularly passionate about strengthening Capital Title’s presence in the community and ensuring the San Marcos office is known not only for exceptional service, but as a company people can depend on.

During her time with Capital Title, Alyssa has received the Stand Out Performer Above & Beyond Award, Culture Award, and Super Star Award. She has also helped the San Marcos office earn recognition as Best Title Company in Hays County for two consecutive years.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys working out, spending time on the river, dancing, and heading out on new adventures with her daughter.
