A native Texan, Austin Knight has spent more than 25 years building his career in and around the Texas real estate industry. He began his career in lending before transitioning into the title business in 2001. Since then, he has experienced nearly every side of the title industry, from working the front desk to ultimately serving as CEO of a title company.

Austin’s experience extends well beyond title. He has held a Texas real estate license and has founded, built, and sold multiple companies serving the real estate industry. That broad background gives him a unique understanding of the business from the perspective of the title professional, lender, real estate agent, business owner, and client.

Real estate is also a family affair. Austin’s wife and mother are both Realtors, and he and his wife are raising their two children in the Prosper community, where they attend Prosper schools. Those personal and professional ties have given Austin a genuine connection to the people, agents, builders, and businesses that make Prosper and Celina such special places to live and work.

Austin is excited to join Capital Title in a hybrid Escrow Officer and Business Development role and to help bring a new Capital Title office to the Prosper and Celina marketplace. He looks forward to building an office known for strong relationships, dependable service, and a straightforward approach to getting deals across the finish line.
