Catherine Daves serves as Vice President of Business Development at Capital Title’s East Dallas office, bringing a natural talent for connecting people, solving problems, and building lasting relationships.

Before entering the title industry, Catherine spent 10 years working in fashion, a career that involved extensive travel and helped shape her creativity and people-focused approach. Ready for a change, she took the advice of her sister, a real estate agent and transitioned into the real estate industry. It was a natural fit for someone who has always had a passion for helping others. A graduate of TCU, Catherine has since become a seasoned industry professional known for being resourceful, creative, approachable, and always willing to help.

Catherine especially enjoys finding creative ways to connect buyers and sellers, bringing the right people and resources together, and helping make each transaction as smooth as possible. For her, one of the best parts of the business is meeting new people, building relationships, and celebrating alongside clients at the closing table.

Outside of work, Catherine loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys. You can often find them at their ranch in the Texas Hill Country, at the lake, or simply enjoying time together outdoors.
