Nicole Arredondo brings a creative, strategic, and relationship-focused approach to Business Development at Capital Title’s Lakeside office. With five years of experience in real estate, including three years in the title industry, Nicole began her real estate career as a REALTOR® before transitioning into title. Her background as an agent gives her firsthand insight into the challenges real estate professionals face and allows her to support both agents and their clients from contract to close.
Before entering real estate, Nicole spent approximately six years in healthcare interior design, working with hospitals in the Dallas medical district. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and has also studied psychology and law. That creative and analytical background continues to influence the way she approaches business development today.
Nicole is known for being resourceful and for bringing fresh ideas to the table. She enjoys helping clients grow their businesses through strategic selling techniques, marketing, networking, event planning, pitch training and mock calls, competitive offer strategies, listing ideas, and open house preparation. Most of all, she believes in helping clients turn ideas into action through encouragement, accountability, and consistent support.
Professionally, Nicole is most passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and celebrating their successes along the way. She takes pride in being both a strategic resource and a genuine cheerleader for the people she works with.
A Richardson, Texas native, Nicole’s creativity extends well beyond the office. She loves art and enjoys painting, drawing, crafting, and creating home décor. She is also a proud mom who embraces everything from soccer games and field trips to birthday parties and family activities. When she is not working, you may find her traveling, running, enjoying a spa day, attending a concert, browsing a bookstore, trying a new restaurant with friends, or cheering from the sidelines at a soccer game.
Soccer has long been part of Nicole’s life as well. She played at the junior college level in Dallas and was part of an NJCAA championship team. At home, she and her family also enjoy the company of their French Bulldog, Lola.
