Tiffany Hanzik McAllister serves as Executive Vice President of Legal & Business Development for Capital Title of Texas, where she combines her legal expertise with a passion for relationship-building, education, leadership, and business growth. Since entering the title industry in 2016, she has worked across multiple areas of the business, developing a broad understanding of title insurance, escrow, operations, regulatory requirements, and the needs of real estate professionals and their clients.
Known for being accessible, responsive, practical, and solutions-oriented, Tiffany has a talent for making complicated legal and title matters understandable and manageable. She is especially skilled at finding a path forward when a transaction encounters challenges involving title, curative matters, underwriting, escrow, entities, trusts, probate, or other unusual circumstances. By identifying the underlying issue and bringing the right people together, she helps clients and teams develop practical solutions that move transactions toward the closing table.
Tiffany works with real estate professionals, lenders, developers, builders, investors, attorneys, and commercial real estate professionals throughout Texas. Her experience spans both residential and commercial title matters, with a particular interest in complex commercial transactions and challenging title issues. She also values the opportunity to become involved early in a transaction, when legal and title guidance can help identify and address potential concerns before they become closing obstacles.
A graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and Texas A&M University School of Law, Tiffany also earned a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University. She holds the Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP) and Certified Title Insurance Professional (CTIP) designations. Her leadership development includes the Texas Land Title Association’s Alex H. Halff Leadership Academy, the Women’s Leadership Program through Yale School of Management, and the CREW Dallas Leadership Institute in partnership with the SMU Cox School of Business.
Tiffany is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and advancing women in commercial real estate. She enjoys teaching real estate professionals and Capital Title employees, developing future industry leaders, and turning the company’s legal and title expertise into a valuable resource for clients. An active leader in CREW Dallas, she has served in numerous leadership positions and was selected as President-Elect for 2027 and President in 2028. She also serves on the CREW Network Multifamily Council. Her professional honors include the CREW Dallas Career Advancement Award and recognition as one of Modern Luxury Dallas’ Dynamic Women.
At the heart of Tiffany’s approach is the belief that the strongest business relationships are built by genuinely investing in others. For her, success extends beyond closing a transaction; it means sharing knowledge, connecting people, creating opportunities, and helping others succeed.
A North Texas native who grew up in Arlington and Grapevine, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, traveling, attending Dallas Cowboys games and events, connecting with friends, and giving back to her community. Whether professionally or personally, she is energized by people and grateful for a career that brings together the things she values most: law, real estate, education, leadership, relationships, and business development.
