Tracey Monts Curtis began her career with Capital Title in 2003, helping establish and grow the company’s presence in Tarrant County as a Business Development Manager. With more than 40 years of sales experience, Tracey has built a career around developing markets, recruiting talented professionals, strengthening relationships, and helping others achieve meaningful results. Today, she serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Known for her dependability, positive outlook, and results-oriented approach, Tracey specializes in helping residential real estate professionals identify opportunities, grow their businesses, and find solutions tailored to their goals. One of the Capital Title philosophies she values most is Servanthood Leadership and the belief that you can lead as many people as you are willing to serve. That principle has shaped both her leadership style and her approach to her relationships with colleagues and clients.
Before joining Capital Title, Tracey built a successful career in property management, residential real estate sales, and the home warranty industry. Her passion for sales began early, with her first sales position at age 16, and has remained a consistent thread throughout her professional life.
A lifelong DFW resident, Tracey is deeply connected to the North Texas community she serves. She and her husband have two sons, and she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, discovering new restaurants, and planning their next adventure.
