This course will introduce students to basic issues that appear on surveys, specifically as they relate to schedule B item 2 on title commitment and the contract. Also the course will discuss a very broad overview of Schedule A, B, and C of the title commitment as well as conflicts stemming from a reservation retained by the Seller (grantor).
