With more than 25 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, Mindy Crawford has built a distinguished career defined by expertise, integrity, and exceptional client service. As Senior Vice President and Escrow Officer with Capital Title National Commercial Operations, she brings extensive knowledge and a proven ability to successfully manage complex commercial real estate transactions from contract execution through closing.
Mindy’s introduction to the title industry began early, working in her husband’s family-owned title company during school breaks. Those formative experiences sparked a lifelong passion for the business and laid the foundation for a career dedicated to commercial real estate. After earning a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Government from Oral Roberts University, she worked as a commercial and residential abstractor and examiner, developing a strong technical understanding of title research and property transactions. She also specialized in commercial title examination, preparing title commitments, pro formas, and policies for increasingly sophisticated transactions.
Since relocating to Houston in 2013, Mindy has focused exclusively on commercial escrow, successfully closing transactions involving apartment communities, office buildings, retail and strip centers, industrial properties, construction and development projects, farm and ranch properties, and complex multi-site and multi-state portfolios. Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to solve challenging issues before they become obstacles, Mindy has earned the trust of developers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, investors, and real estate professionals throughout the industry. Her extensive knowledge of contracts, title insurance, and escrow procedures allows her to facilitate seamless closings while providing clients with confidence and peace of mind throughout the transaction process.
Today, Mindy is excited to leverage her experience and leadership to help build and expand Capital Title’s Houston National Commercial Operations platform.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her outdoors enjoying gardening, hiking, tennis, pickleball, or spending time at the beach. A native of Oklahoma, Mindy continues to bring the same dedication, work ethic, and relationship-focused approach that have been the hallmark of her career for more than two decades.
