With over 25 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, Allison Mayo serves as Director of Education, leading both internal training initiatives for escrow professionals and external educational programs for real estate partners. In this role, she is responsible for developing strategic learning opportunities that elevate performance, strengthen client relationships, and support organizational growth.
Allison began her career as an escrow assistant to four top-producing escrow officers in the Florida real estate market during the late 1990s boom. She quickly advanced into an escrow officer role, where she developed a reputation for successfully managing and closing complex transactions. Since relocating to Texas in 2006, she has continued to expand her leadership impact, progressing into branch management and later serving as Vice President of Escrow Growth and Development at Capital Title.
A strong advocate for professional development, Allison is the originator of Capital Title’s Escrow Officer Development Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of escrow professionals through focused training, mentorship, and leadership development.
Allison is actively involved with the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA), serving on both the Education and Certification committees, where she contributes to advancing industry standards and continuing education. She also holds the designations of Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP) and Certified Abstract Escrow Professional (CAEP).
