With 15 years of experience in the title industry, Tracy Neeper has built her career around relationships, collaboration, and finding solutions that benefit everyone involved. She entered the industry after being recruited by Tracy Curtis from the home warranty business. She quickly discovered a passion for working with professionals across every facet of real estate, including REALTORS®, loan officers, wholesalers, and other industry partners.

Tracy is especially known for her strong negotiation skills and her ability to approach challenges with a win-win mindset. She works to understand each person’s needs, bring people together, and identify solutions that help transactions move forward successfully. Her approachable nature, industry knowledge, and commitment to her clients have allowed her to build lasting professional relationships throughout her career.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with her three dogs—Sunny, Sandy, and Lucy. Her four-legged family includes a Maltese, a Goldendoodle, and a rescued Saint Berdoodle, giving her a perfectly matched small, medium, and large trio.
