Southeast Texas Business Development Manager/Escrow Officer

Andy Hemmings serves as Business Development Manager for Capital Title’s Golden Triangle region, bringing more than two decades of real estate experience and a passion for education, relationship-building, and helping others succeed.

A Beaumont native, Andy became a licensed REALTOR® in 1998 and spent 20 years as a Broker, Manager, and Trainer before entering the title industry in 2020. He originally joined Capital Title with plans to become an Escrow Officer, but during an early conversation with Kevin Clark, Andy’s natural talent for sales and connecting with people quickly became apparent. He was offered the opportunity to lead sales efforts for the Golden Triangle region and has been building relationships and helping clients grow their businesses ever since.

Andy holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Colorado, and teaching remains one of his greatest passions. Drawing on his extensive real estate background, he is a trusted resource for REALTORS®, lenders, builders, developers, and investors, particularly when questions arise involving contracts, estates, and complex transactions. He enjoys helping clients identify their needs, find solutions, and connect with the right resources to accomplish their goals.

A longtime real estate investor himself, Andy has bought, sold, and managed rental properties since 2000, including single-family homes, apartments, and light commercial properties. He strongly believes in the power of real estate ownership to build personal wealth and strengthen communities.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys playing guitar, good food and good company, road trips with his wife and family, and relaxing on a patio, either his own or a friend’s. And for anyone looking for a challenging trivia question, Andy still proudly remembers winning his seventh-grade spelling bee with the word “kaiser.”
