Joan Scribner is a Business Development Representative with Capital Title’s Harker Heights office, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in relationship building, marketing, events, hospitality, tourism, client relations, and business development. With more than five years in the title industry, Joan has found the perfect opportunity to combine her diverse experience with what she does best: connecting people, creating opportunities, and helping businesses grow.

Known for her responsiveness, creativity, consistency, and genuine investment in her clients’ success, Joan takes a relationship-first approach to business development. She works with real estate professionals throughout Central Texas, from newer agents building their businesses to established top producers and teams. Joan enjoys learning how each client operates and identifying the tools, resources, education, marketing opportunities, and connections that can help them reach their goals. Her goal is to be more than a title resource. She strives to become a trusted extension of her clients’ businesses and someone they know they can count on.

A proud military brat, Joan grew up primarily in Killeen, Texas, with time spent in Germany and Hawaii. Central Texas has always been home, and she now lives in Salado with her husband and family. Outside of work, Joan enjoys traveling, discovering great coffee spots, skincare and beauty, fashion, content creation, and creating memorable experiences with the people she loves.
