Betty Wright has served Bill Shaddock and the Shaddock Companies since 2008, supporting a diverse family of businesses through marketing, communications, brand stewardship, and special projects. Her work reflects a strong commitment to thoughtful communication, consistent branding, and authentic storytelling.
Over the years, Betty has contributed to a wide range of company initiatives, helping shape how the Shaddock Companies communicate with employees, clients, and the communities they serve. She has a particular appreciation for the details that influence how an organization is perceived and takes pride in helping strengthen and protect each company’s brand.
While raising four children, Betty devoted many years to volunteer service in education and community organizations. She served two years as President of both the Plano ISD Council of PTAs and the SMU Mothers’ Club, served on the Board of the Plano ISD Education Foundation, and served on the Texas PTA Board as Newsletter Chairman. In recognition of her service to the school district and community, Plano ISD named Betty Volunteer of the Year in 2000.
Those experiences continue to influence the way Betty works today. Whether developing a company-wide initiative, refining a brand message, helping tell someone’s professional story, or solving a behind-the-scenes challenge, she approaches her work with creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to the people and organizations she serves.
At the heart of Betty’s work is a belief that strong organizations are built through relationships, service, consistency, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
