Jimmy Walsworth brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, land acquisition, and private club and resort communities to his role as Business Development Manager at Capital Title. His extensive background includes master-planned communities, golf and resort developments, and working closely with builders and developers to bring land and projects to market.
With a strong understanding of the complexities involved in real estate development and land transactions, Jimmy serves as a trusted resource for luxury homebuilders, developers, lenders, investment banks, private equity firms, and family offices. Specializing in farm, ranch, and land development, he takes a hands-on approach to helping clients navigate transactions, connecting them with experienced escrow teams, attorneys, underwriters, and other industry professionals to keep projects moving toward successful closings.
Known for his accessibility, dependability, and commitment to follow-through, Jimmy believes that strong business relationships are built through consistent service, practical solutions, and a genuine understanding of each client’s needs. He particularly enjoys helping bring land to market and seeing new communities take shape.
Passionate about education and professional collaboration, Jimmy developed and leads Capital Title’s Farm, Ranch & Land Education Series in Brazos Valley, Texas. Through a collaboration with Dr. Blake Bennett and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, the program provides valuable educational opportunities and industry insights for real estate professionals throughout the region.
A native of Albany, Texas, Jimmy’s educational and professional training includes Tarleton State University, a member of the Texas A&M University System, and the PGA of America.
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys golf, fly fishing, bird hunting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Guided by his faith and a commitment to giving back, he is actively involved with Toolbox Ministries, and he supports the mission of the Ben Hogan Foundation through volunteer service and participation.
Jimmy takes pride in helping strengthen Capital Title’s presence in the Brazos Valley while supporting the professionals and projects shaping the region’s future.
