With 30 years of experience in the title industry, Suzanne Slavin serves as a Business Development Manager at Capital Title’s Sugar Creek office, where she is dedicated to supporting residential real estate professionals and lenders throughout their business and development needs.

Suzanne’s passion is helping her clients grow. She believes that communication is key and relationships matter, and she takes pride in being a trusted resource and title partner to the real estate professionals she serves. Her extensive industry experience allows her to understand the challenges her clients face and provide creative resources, education, and solutions to help them succeed.

An active presence on social media, Suzanne enjoys marketing and promoting her office and escrow team while creating opportunities to connect, educate, and celebrate the success of her clients and colleagues. She is also passionate about giving back to the Fort Bend community where she lives and works. Through several partnerships with local nonprofits and developers, she helps provide educational opportunities and valuable resources for Realtors.

Outside of work, Suzanne is newly engaged to her fiancé, Eric, and they are looking forward to getting married in December 2026. Family is at the heart of Suzanne’s life. She is a proud mom to Tiffany and a loving GiGi to her grandchildren, Ashton, 5, and Audrey, 3. She and Eric love traveling, discovering beautiful beaches, and spending time outdoors with their families.
