With 36 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, Lester brings a wealth of industry knowledge, valuable relationships, and a client-focused perspective to the title industry. His transition into title began when a longtime friend, who had recently acquired a residential title company, invited him to help establish its commercial division.

Throughout his career, Lester has built his reputation on integrity, dependability, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. Known for his resourcefulness and straightforward approach, he believes that providing exceptional service means finding the right answers, even when that requires reaching out to others with specialized expertise.

Lester particularly enjoys working on commercial sales transactions, especially when representing sellers. For him, one of the most rewarding aspects of the business is helping clients successfully complete a transaction and realize the financial rewards of their investments.

A native of Brenham, Texas, Lester grew up in Waco before attending Rice University, where he graduated in 1968. Just two days after graduation, he married his wife, a fellow Rice graduate.
