Lily Paxson brings a distinctive blend of international business experience, luxury-level hospitality, nonprofit leadership, and strategic relationship-building to her role as Bilingual Business Development Manager at Capital Title’s Post Oak office.
Before entering the title industry, Lily spent many years as an international executive in luxury retail, including six years based in Beirut, Lebanon, while traveling extensively throughout the Middle East and Europe. She also developed a strong background in the nonprofit sector, organizing high-profile galas, raising funds for meaningful causes, and creating memorable experiences for donors and community partners. These experiences shaped her thoughtful approach to client service and taught her how to build lasting relationships across cultures, industries, and communities.
After being recruited into the title industry, Lily quickly recognized an opportunity to combine her professional strengths with her passion for helping others succeed. For the past seven years, she has brought a luxury-level standard of service to every interaction, blending white-glove hospitality with creative, strategic business development.
Lily is known for her energy, responsiveness, creativity, and attention to detail. She works closely with real estate professionals, builders, lenders, commercial investors, executives, and entrepreneurs, providing resources, meaningful connections, and personalized support to help them grow their businesses. She especially enjoys luxury and commercial transactions, where strategy, relationship-building, and exceptional service come together.
Her goal is to serve as more than a title representative. Lily strives to become a trusted partner who understands each client’s goals, anticipates their needs, and helps create a seamless closing experience for everyone involved. Whether she is connecting professionals with valuable resources, creating new opportunities for collaboration, or helping elevate the client experience, Lily approaches every relationship with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a personal touch.
Lily attended the University of Houston, where she studied business management, and completed the nonprofit management certificate program at Rice University. Her commitment to service also inspired her to establish the Simply Clean Water Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rehabilitating antiquated water wells in developing countries. Through the organization’s work, Lily helped provide clean water access to a hospital, a village, and an orphanage in Malawi.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Lily spent her early childhood there before making Texas her home. She has also been recognized through the Legacy Circuit, earning the titles of Ms. Texas twice and Ms. USA once.
Outside of work, Lily remains passionate about supporting meaningful causes and making a positive impact in her community. She enjoys attending fundraising events, traveling, discovering new experiences, enjoying good food and a great cocktail, relaxing by the pool, and watching the newest Netflix releases. Most of all, she values spending time with the people she cares about and with her fluffy orange cat.
