Vice President, Sales & Marketing (Houston)
Phillip began his career at Capital Title in 2011 as the fifth employee and first Business Development Manager. His expertise, experience, and accomplishments have helped him to advance into his current position as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Houston/Beaumont division. He brings over 25 years of sales and management to his team and prides himself on his reliability, relationship building and sense of humor. He takes the Capital Title philosophy of being committed to helping clients grow a successful business to heart. He believes this philosophy works hand in hand with the development and growth of the Sales Team.
Prior to joining Capital Title, Phillip spent nearly 8 years with American Home Shield and was recognized both locally and nationally for his contributions and sales efforts. He also spent 10 years with Silver Eagle Distributors in Houston as a Sales Specialist and Team Leader. Again, he was recognized both locally and nationally for his contributions to the team.
Phillip, a Houston native, was born and raised on the north side of Houston and graduated from Aldine High School. He resides in the Kingwood area and has 3 children, 2 step-children, and 2 grandsons. He enjoys almost anything that can be done outdoors, including hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. His biggest joy comes from making people laugh. You can often find Phillip making light of most any situation and bringing laughter to those around him.
