Rachael began her career in the title industry as an accounting assistant, quickly transitioning into an escrow assistant role, and eventually becoming an escrow officer. While she loved being part of the closing process, she soon discovered her true calling in sales. Today, Rachael thrives in her role, where she brings energy, heart, and a personalized touch to everything she does.
Known for her genuine personality, contagious smile, and can-do attitude, Rachael is a trusted resource to her clients. She’s organized, reliable, and professional – always ready to support new realtors as an accountability partner or provide steady guidance to seasoned agents navigating busy pipelines. No matter where her clients are in their careers, Rachael takes pride in being part of their journey and celebrating their wins alongside them.
Rachael is passionate about the entire buying and selling process. She believes that no two closings are the same and that every transaction deserves a personalized approach. Originally from Lubbock, Texas, where her father was a golf pro, Rachael has lived on the East Coast, in the Midwest, and all across Texas. Having attended three different high schools, she knows the value of adaptability and connection – traits that now serve her well in her career.
When she’s not working, Rachael enjoys exploring new places, kayaking, attending local events, and traveling with her family. She also proudly serves as the President of the PSO at her daughter’s school, where she’s deeply involved in planning events, fundraising, and enriching the school community.
