With nearly 25 years of experience in the title industry, Kindra Woods brings a unique blend of underwriting knowledge, regulatory expertise, and escrow experience to every transaction she handles. A Houston native, Kindra began her career in 2002 in the Texas Agency Department of a national title insurance underwriter, where she worked closely with underwriting counsel and gained extensive knowledge of the legal, underwriting, and regulatory aspects of the title industry.

In 2018 Kindra transitioned into escrow, leveraging the deep industry knowledge she had developed throughout her career. Her background provides her with a strong understanding of the title insurance process and a thoughtful approach to identifying solutions for clients and transaction partners alike.

Known for her commitment to exceptional service, Kindra combines technical expertise with a genuine desire to help others. Clients frequently appreciate her ability to navigate complex questions, connect them with the right resources, and ensure they feel informed and valued throughout the process. She believes every client interaction should leave people feeling heard and, whenever possible, with a better understanding of the role title and escrow professionals play in a successful transaction.

Throughout her escrow career, Kindra has worked with residential, builder, and commercial clients. While she enjoys all facets of the business, she has developed a particular passion for commercial transactions and continues to expand her knowledge in that space.

Kindra’s professional success is rooted in a lifelong commitment to learning, growth, and service. Outside the office, Kindra’s greatest passion is her family and her faith. She and her family are actively involved in their church and multiple ministry opportunities, sharing the love of Christ through service and community engagement.
