Underwritten by the Kim & Bill Shaddock Fund for Business and Entrepreneurial Initiatives, the Baylor Business Law School Boot Camp is an intensive intersession course held between the spring and summer quarters at Baylor Law. Specifically created for Baylor Law students interested in business transactions, the week-long course offers a practical perspective on multiple aspects of business and its legal requirements and implications. Course material includes forming a business, commercial borrowing, raising capital, trademark and advertising issues, succession planning, selling a business, basic accounting, contract drafting, and negotiation skills.
