Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role as Vice President of Corporate Development.   He has worked closely with realtors, lenders, and builders, earning a strong reputation for delivering results. His enthusiasm for winning business and supporting others has earned him the title of Affiliate of the Year three times, and recognition as a TRLP graduate through both CCAR and MetroTex.

Originally from Irving, Texas, Shawn is also a licensed pastor and a devoted father. He is passionate about his faith, fitness, and spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, or playing golf. As he puts it: “I am a licensed pastor, a proud father, and Army veteran. I love life and the chase. Raising my son to be a good, solid Christian man is my passion.”
