SMU Celebrates $1 Million Commitment From The Shaddock Family

The SMU Athletics Department has announced a generous $1 million commitment from the Shaddock Family in support of the Weber End Zone Complex.

“SMU is a special place to the Shaddock Family, and we are honored to support the Weber End Zone Complex,” said Bill Shaddock. “We believe in the vision of SMU Athletics and are excited to contribute to the future success of the Mustang football program and SMU’s triumphant entry into the ACC.”

The Shaddock Family’s philanthropy extends across the SMU campus. In 2021, the family made a $6 million commitment to the Cox School of Business, supporting its renovation and expansion project. Their ongoing contributions have played a crucial role in advancing the university’s mission and enhancing the educational experience for all students.
