Caroline Shaddock (nicknamed “Missy”) grew up around the real estate industry in a family of business owners. Because of that exposure, she has an innate entrepreneurial spirit and personally demonstrates the family-business culture for which Shaddock Companies are well-known.
Caroline currently resides in the Dallas area near her family. She was born and raised in Plano, where she participated in dance and soccer and was a member of the National Honor Society and National Charity League. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications and a Minor in Psychology. At SMU, she joined the Theta Sorority and supported Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children in the legal system. After college, Caroline gained valuable industry experience working at Willow Bend Mortgage, Shaddock Homes Design Center, and Shaddock Development. Along the way, she attained her Health Insurance Life and Accident and Real Estate Agent licenses in Texas, expanding her expertise in related fields.
What Caroline values most in business is developing trusted relationships, shaping the customer experience, helping others, and pushing boundaries to achieve what’s possible. She frequently organizes Continuing Education classes, often matching the required course fees with company contributions to support families in need—such as in response to the tragedy of a fallen officer on duty.
Caroline enjoys building people up and motivating others. She thrives on creating innovative solutions and collaborating in the exciting world of real estate. The focus of her work increasingly widen and scope from being a sales representative to designing customer experience and branded solutions for teams statewide by applying her experience in thoughtful way. She understands that if you listen to the client, they will tell you want they want. Setting up brokers, builders and lenders for a successful closing partnership then staying accountable to that business relationship has proven to be sustainable strategy in how she works.
