President - San Antonio Region
Fran Valdez brings more than 27 years of title industry experience, along with a proven record of leadership, education, and relationship building. She began her career in real estate in 1998 and moved into title sales the following year before later becoming an escrow officer. That combination of sales and escrow experience gave Fran a well-rounded understanding of the title process and laid the foundation for her growth as a trainer, mentor, and industry resource.
Throughout her career, Fran has been passionate about helping others succeed. She is well known throughout the San Antonio real estate community for her ability to make complex title and escrow topics understandable and practical. Her experience led her to develop and teach training programs for both new and seasoned real estate professionals, and she has become a trusted resource for agents, escrow professionals, and colleagues seeking guidance and solutions.
Since joining Capital Title of Texas in 2014, Fran has played an important role in the growth and development of the San Antonio region. She has helped build strong relationships within the real estate community, supported the professional development of others, and fostered a collaborative, service-focused culture among the people she works alongside. Fran approaches leadership much the same way she approaches client relationships, by listening, sharing her knowledge, solving problems, and helping others reach their goals.
Her commitment to the real estate community extends beyond Capital Title. Fran has been actively involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® for many years and has served in multiple leadership roles with the Hill Country Chapter.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Fran’s greatest joy outside of work is her family. She treasures time with her three children and their partners, and her four grandchildren are the center of her world.
After nearly three decades in the title industry, Fran remains energized by the people and profession she serves. She is especially proud of the opportunity to help grow Capital Title in San Antonio and to work alongside a team she considers family.
