Lee Ann Ray has built her career around a simple idea: when people have the right ideas, resources, and connections, they can accomplish more.

As AVP, Sales Growth & Innovation with Capital Title of Texas, Lee Ann brings more than 11 years of title industry experience, along with a unique background in education, entrepreneurship, sales, and real estate. Before entering the title industry in 2015, she was a teacher, worked in educational sales, owned businesses, and became a top-producing Realtor. That experience gives her a firsthand understanding of the opportunities and challenges real estate professionals face.

Resourceful, creative, and tenacious, Lee Ann is known for helping people identify areas that are challenging them and then finding solutions. Whether that means brainstorming a new approach, introducing a useful tool, developing a plan, or connecting someone with the right person, she wants people to leave their time with her feeling supported, reenergized, and ready to move forward.

In her role as AVP, Sales Growth & Innovation, Lee Ann is especially excited about bringing people together to exchange ideas and discover new opportunities to grow together.

Lee Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts from Angelo State University with a minor in kinesiology. A Kerrville, Texas, native, she enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, exploring new places, and spending time anywhere near the water.
