Susan Bottoms is a native Texan who loves the area so much that she still lives in the city of Alvin where she grew up. She began her professional career working as the receptionist for a real estate office where she trained and processed new and exiting agents. After five and a half years Susan was enticed away to a title office where she soon assumed the role of business development. In her very first year the office sales increased by over 50%.
Well recognized for her out-going personality, high-energy, and contagious good humor, Susan generously shares the wealth of knowledge she has gained from her many years of real estate experience. She routinely mentors her clients on such vital business topics as improving agent education, learning how to build relationships, and growing their business, and they appreciate her focus on their business partnership, her dedication to them, and her creative out-of-the-box thinking. What most excites Susan about her work is, making a significant difference by serving on committees, organizing large groups for networking opportunities, and celebrating agent achievements.

Susan is most passionate personally about God, family, and friends and when not working with her clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She has been blessed with a husband, three adult children, their spouses and three beautiful grandchildren. Her oldest son races racecars so Susan loves to attend his events.

Warren Miller is known for being highly-accomplished in the Houston commercial business development field. He has served in this industry for more than 60 years, starting shortly after the conclusion of his Naval career.
A true Texas native who was born in Beaumont, Warren is well-regarded for his integrity and affection for the business and the people he encounters. His clients know that they can trust him to solve even the most complicated of title issues because of the extensive knowledge and experience he has acquired.
Warren finds his relationships to be one of the most satisfying components of his profession. He looks at each new client as a friend he just met.
When he’s not at the office, you will most often find Warren and his friends at the golf course working on their other passion.

Tonya Sampson is a seasoned real estate professional with a remarkable 15-year career in the industry. Born and raised in Cypress, TX, she recently made her home in Magnolia, TX, where she continues to make a significant impact in the real estate world.
Tonya's journey in real estate began 15 years ago when she stepped into the dynamic realm of property transactions. Her initial roles as an office manager and transaction coordinator for real estate offices provided her with a solid foundation and an in-depth understanding of the industry's intricacies.
One of Tonya's career highlights was her transition into the title side of real estate transactions. Her wealth of knowledge, meticulous organization skills, and resourcefulness made her an invaluable asset to her clients and colleagues alike.
What truly sets Tonya apart is her unwavering commitment to her clients. She is known for her consistent and clear communication, ensuring that her clients are well-informed throughout the real estate process. Timeliness is another hallmark of her work; she prides herself on getting things done promptly and efficiently.

VP, Marketing & Sales
Phillip, a Houston native, has lived in Montgomery County for the past thirteen years. He got his start in the title industry with American Home Shield, where he spent the last seven and a half years as an Account Executive. He was referred by one of the Directors there when they expanded the Houston market. Prior to that he worked for ten years with Silver Eagle Distributors in Houston as a Sales Specialist and Team Leader. His reputation in taking care of his client’s needs and expectations is what sets him apart from others in the industry. His tenure, experience in working with Real Estate Professionals, his humor and his relationship building skills has also helped him.
Phillip has been recognized with the American Home Shield 2005 National Rookie of the Year; 2006 Highest Closing Increase, Highest Targeted Office Closing Increase and Highest Percentage over of Budget Nationally; 2007 Highest percentage over Budget and 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Presidents Circle of Excellence recipient. These were all National awards compared to over 140 account executives nationally. And on top of that he was the two time Team of the Year recipient at Silver Eagle Distributors.
Phillip has three daughters, Kayla, Karysa, and Gianna (the boss). On his free time, he enjoys anything outdoors involving camping, hunting, fishing, and sports but above all Phillip enjoys making people laugh.


Commercial Business Development
Allen Shindler has been working in the title insurance industry since the late 1980’s. His interest in the real estate industry started at an early age as his father began his own Houston brokerage and development company in 1957. He pursued these interests further after his college graduation from the University of Texas in 1981. He began work in construction and development before joining the title industry, where he gained experience in various aspects of the title insurance industry from business development to corporate facilities management and eventually earned his way into executive management positions.
As a principal in American International Real Estate, Mr. Shindler has been very active in the identification, evaluation and acquisition of commercial real estate assets including retail, apartments, manufactured housing communities, mini-storage and bank notes.
Mr. Shindler was a founding member and Chairman of the Board of Alliant National Title; a fast growing regional underwriter for several years. He has been a board member for the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) and served on various committees for them. He actively participates in legislative issues relative to the title industry, demonstrating his commitment and willingness to be personally involved with industry concerns. Additionally, Mr. Shindler has served as a board member for Title Data, Inc. and was a founding board member of the AmeriPoint Foundation, a foundation created to support causes that benefit women and children across Texas. He is also currently serving on the board of Texas Center for the Missing, coordinator of the Houston Regional Amber Alert, a nonprofit organization dedicated to child safety education and to offering help, and hope, to the missing and their families. He has been an active member of River Oaks Country Club since 1979, a member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, and has coached Little League sports for 27 years in Houston, Texas, where he resides with his wife, Mary, and their three children, Will, Mary Catherine and Dillon. When out of the office, Mr. Shindler is very active in real estate investing, cattle ranching, and enjoys hunting, fishing and golf.
